My knee and my upper hip were hurting and the infrared belt is really helping. I use it 20 minutes and I also use the vibration setting as well.

The product was purchased for lower back relief. Not sure if it’s beneficial yet. The plastic covering is cold, so coverage on my bare skin is uncomfortable. Will continue to use.

LIFEPRO LIGHT THERAPY BELT

I bought the belt a week ago to help get rid of some belly fat and aid in digestive issues and sore muscles. I have used it for 20 minutes everyday and it has been very helpful. I already feel my belly is not as bloated and I have actually lost a couple of pounds. Would definitely recommend it.
