I'm using this mainly to help my 16 yr old dog's arthritic hips. I'm also using it myself for my back, knee, and hand. I've only been using it for a few days so too soon to give it a review about it's efficacy. It does appear to be well made.

It is nice the lights are enclosed in the belt which allows for cleaning of body oils when used.
