I had a long day of strenuous activities & my back was aching. My belt just arrived so I opened it to use & am so glad. Today I feel good & I would usually be pretty miserable.

Works great hoping this helps with my knee, shoulder, and lower back pains eventually. I do enjoy it so far. Feels good after 10-20 minutes of use

i love it so much. just make sure not to wrap it around tight i got left with some marks but they go away
