Excited but Having Issues w/Belt Staying Turned On

I have only used this product for about three days, and I’m already having issues. When I turn on the device it shut off automatically. I have to turn it on and off several times for it to finally work. I have the portable battery, but I find myself afraid to move too much once it finally works.
