I was able to use the device for 3 20 min sessions. Now the device won’t stay on for more than 10 seconds.

Please let me know if there’s any troubleshooting I can do or how I can get another one. I really wanted this to work for me and didn’t get a chance to really try it.
I’ve tried multiple battery packs packs as well as outlets.

I was skeptical about this product at first but I really like the way it feels. It’s supportive on my back and the warm vibrations are very nice on my lower back/ abdomen. I’m excited to see how it helps over time. I actually wish I had bought the battery pack as well because I would like to move around in it more.
