Very comfortable keyboard to use. My hands are on the smaller side so this was a perfect buy for me! The rose pink keyboard is also a beautiful color.

OK quality keyboard, keycaps wear off

It's a good quality keyboard, bluetooth connection is quite fast, and the battery lasts a looong time (I bought mine 2+ years ago, still having the original battery despite using it almost every day for like 7+ hrs, also turning it off every time when not being used), key travel is good, my only real problem is 1) the keycaps wear off, on mine the A, S and E are almost completely gone by now in just a relatively short amount of time. Then dirt can get below the keycaps and I have my space key time-to-time feeling a bit mushy - which is definitely caused by dirt, but I cannot take out the caps to clean it out as I'm afraid I wont be able to put them back on... Other than that it's a wonderful and small tenkeyless keyboard - I'm using it instead on an apple magic keyboard and it seems to hold on quite well. The MX mechanical mini would be a good upgrade but that's a bit pricey - compared to other company's offerings.

with battery capacity problem

keyboard have best size for my mind, very good in work. but in my keyboard battery live maximum 1 month, please give instruct to repair or other help

Best Keyboard I've Ever Had

This review is very belated, because I've never thought to check back, but this is truly one of the best keyboards I've ever had. I use it on my Android phone and a mini W10 PC, switching between them routinely, and I've never had any problems. The build quality is sturdy, having survived 5+ years of use, constant travel, a motorcycle crash (in a side-case), numerous drops (but no spills!) and more. The keycaps are shiny from use, but astoundingly, all the letter decals are even still intact.
The only 'issue' I've ever had, if it can even be considered one, is that it sometimes repeats letters for a few seconds after connecting - but only in a fairly signal heavy environment, and never in the middle of typing - only after initially connecting, or switching devices. (Which is a limitation of Bluetooth, not specifically this keyboard.) No disconnects, even after long periods of inactivity, and I think I've only had to change the batteries three times, in the long time that I've had it.
If they ever discontinue the K380, I will gladly buy the leftover stock.

great until one of the keys just broke off

It worked just fine for a couple of months, but today after having it in my backpack for 2 minutes i grabbed it and found that a key had come off and a small plastic part was broken.
I was hoping this keyboard would survive normal usage but apparently not.

Worst ever, why they don't have a troubleshooting page??? They website is horrible, they only give one solution, re pairing.. takes a genius to do that....
