Good quality for decent price!

I bought these as a belated birthday present for myself, and I'm really enjoying them! The sound quality is very nice and the noise-cancelling works well. The battery life of the case and the headphones is great, I only have to charge the case every few days, with daily use of the headphones.

Terrible call quality

The microphones on these are completely inadequate for placing calls in any environment. I’ve loved my Endurance Peak 3s for years, so when they wore out, I thought the newer version would be even better. Within minutes of receiving them, I could tell something wasn’t right. Nobody I called was able to hear me unless I yelled in a quiet room. I returned them and bought a new pair of the Peak 3s and all is resolved. If you’re going to develop a peak 5, please make sure the mics are better than these.

So far my favorite earbuds

I bought these to replace some Endurance Peak 3's that were falling apart. These are a significant improvement on the 3's! Battery life is better, sound quality is better, button responsiveness, microphone quality, all better. They essentially took all the things I found annoying about the 3's (like the power hook) and fixed them. So far, wonderful!

Perfect earbuds for training, no compromise on qua

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box setup was a brease with my phone automatically notifying me that they were ready to connect. The JBL headphone app is simple and easy to navigate and setup any additional features, although they set perfectly from factory. Putting them on is a little fiddley but once on they won't fall off and fit snug. Soundwise they sounded best in default noise cancelling mode with the usual JBL warmth, solid base and clear sound stage. I can go hours listening to these without getting bored. Weirdly turning off noise cancelling makes the sound a little seeker but maybe that's so you can hear people talk. I went on a long bike ride and they still had over half the battery left so no issues there

With a great long battery life this in earphones just makes me smile always. It’s very comfortable and feels weightless. Touch controls are very easy to respond to your needs.

Well Fitted Headphones for runs and other outdoor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Endurance Peak 4 headphones overall are very good. I personally have not been a good fit for the twist in headphone types - often only using AirPods - but these headphones surprisingly fit pretty well! The arched design around my ear kept it in place and snug in my air allowing for noise cancellation.
I used these in my marathon training and found them to have been pretty good too - particularly around distance runs because other headphones give my ear irritation but this did not. It’s sweat resistance and easy to connect to my phone.
The only thing that holds me back from five stars is the sensitivity around switching modes, but it’s trade off for a headphone that won’t irritate my ear while wearing for a long while.

New workout favorite headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound, the fit and the finish of this product are top notch. The sound is your typical JBL sound with elevated bass but never overpowering. This is great when you need that motivation on your workout.
The fit!!! These are the first buds that I can wear for over 45 minutes! I have always struggled with buds and these give me that comfort I need for multiple hours.
Lastly the finish these things look like they can take a beating with sweat proof, and built that's meant to keep these lasting for years.
I highly recommend these and finally found me some workout headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Endurance Peak 4 by JBL is unique and wonderful. Opening the package is an easy and clean placement of all its contents. I got the ear buds out of a compact black sturdy charging box. I was apprehensive of getting earbuds that go around my ear because I do wear glasses or headbands here and there. So, fitting around and feeling comfortable is necessary. Well to my delight, they are a soft tubing that goes around my ear and is so comfortable with my glasses and a headband. Second, I did not know how it would feel to wear the around the ear type because all I ever had is the ones you pop in the ear, but mine would always pop out of my ear. The Endurance Peak 4 are so comfortable and they stayed. There are additional ear pads, 1 smaller set and 1 larger set. The part that comes around the ear has a microphone in it so I can use it to talk.
You do need to download the JBL app on your phone and Bluetooth ability. When opening the app, it gives you some basic information. However, playing around with the app is the best part. In the app, there is a hearing test and a test to tell you if you have the ear buds sealed in your ears correctly. It told me to adjust my right ear bud and it was right it worked great. Each ear bud charges differently, and there is an indicator if the whole unit is charged and how charged each bud is charged. Charging the whole unit is a c-type cord, which is great because so is my phone, so there is no need to replace wires. It took about 4 hours to charge these buds with my cord. The only down side is if you do not have the buds right there in close range and open you cannot use the app or look at the functions for the bids.
The app has the controls for the ear buds. There is a sports mode if you like hiking, indoor workouts, and much more. There are ambient functions like those that noise canceling which is not 100 percent canceled noise but a decent amount. There is a talk through function, and it was not bad, but it seemed very airy to me. You can adjust your sounds settings, voice settings, and balance in each one, personal choices of sound. There is a find, my buds and your ear bud will ring loud so you can search for the ping. It is helpful since I am one to lose things quickly. The hearing test thought was my favorite. Not only did it test my ear by having me press when I stopped hearing a series of tones but gave a report for each ear and a suggestion of how each ear hears differently and what is the best sound suggestion for better hearing. You can try the suggestions or do your own sound quality adjustments. I liked the one that the earing test did because in one ear I needed more bass and the other not so much and it was correct I was able to hear much better than if I did the adjustments myself. You can take the hearing test more than one time.
Overall, the soft feel is like butter on the ears. The sound is top quality and crystal clear. The extras of the app to set the best sounds you can get is outstanding. The hearing test and being able to listen to sounds that you never knew you were missing to hear. This product is great for the person who is on the go, loves to participate in sports or even sitting at a home relaxing without an earbud popping out of your ear. This product is priceless.
