The coolest phone accessory I've ever had

Ridiculously Well Engineered and Useful

One of the coolest purchase I’ve made in years. Pure engineering mastery - ball head has perfect tension (and can be adjusted), legs have ample length to prevent tipping, and the magnetic system allows great flexibility (pop it on, take it off, use it horizontally or vertically, as a kickstand or tripod, the list goes on). It does add a bit of heft to the phone, but I frequently get blown-away reactions and think it’s absolutely worth its weight!

Feels great on the hand. Pretty heavy in a good way because it feels durable and strong. Hopefully the ball joint lasts a long time. Hopefully if it does not their lifetime warranty covers it.

Amazing build quality

Purchased this as part of a Kickstarter event. The build quality is absolutely amazing -- the magnetic attachment is strong and the tripod legs are solid, yet have capable rubber tips to avoid slippage. One of the best accessories I've purchased in my 14+ years of owning iPhones.

I knew I would like this tripod, but I didn't think I would love it as much as I do. I got the peak design wallet as well, the smaller, one, and this clicks onto the wallet as well, so I can have this and the wallet with each other all the time. I have carried a tiny tripod with me for over 8 years and this is probably 70% smaller than that tripod. It's crazy. They nailed it.

I just received this from the Kickstarter campaign. It is a marvel of design and the quality is like a precision instrument. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and it is perfectly balanced in either portrait or landscape. My only regret is I did not buy two.

Beautiful, artistic execution

Kickstarter backer from the early days and the new mobile line impresses more than ever. The mobile tripod is a work of art, built like a tank and yet so svelte and useful. Landed in house on Christmas Eve just in time to see a lot of use over the next few weeks. The little bag is a nice add, but this will remain solidly affixed to the back of my mobile case except when using the mobile creator kit or car mount (lol, I picked up a lot this campaign)! Keep it up, Peak Design team!
