Fantastic case

I ordered this when it was first launched on Kickstarter and I am very happy that I did. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, there were some delays in getting the product in hand. I must say though that the amazing crew at Peak Design did a remarkable job remaining transparent and upbeat through the whole process.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great case but...

I really like the case, both design and material give impression of high quality.
My only gripe is that you cannot use screen protectors. The case pushes up the corners of the tempered glass protectors. This is really bad... I have already dropped the phone twice in 12 month, both times protector shattered but phone screen did not get a scratch.

Very sleek design, stylishly high-tech

I got this from the kickstarter campaign and after a long wait it was definitely worth it. The design in terms of style and look is amazing. The functionalities are all what they promised - phone is protected and the compatibility with their other products makes this a "entry" for most other PD phone gadgets. I'm especially happy with how the fabric design turned out on the back.
Advantages:
- Amazing look
- Works with other peak design gadgets, including some outside of the mobile line
- Works with my screen protector (although some others had issues with this)
- Snug, the buttons all work and phone functionality is not hindered
- MagSafe compatible (in reality magnetic-devices can work without this case) but also offers a hardlocking system for more heavy duty attachment scenarios like biking
- Amazing look
- Works with other peak design gadgets, including some outside of the mobile line
- Works with my screen protector (although some others had issues with this)

Disadvantages:
- Could be priced cheaper all things considered
- Bottom area has some intentional space for protection/speakers - quite easy to get some lint/dust there

Potential suggestion - a small magnet squared based in-lay that can be used to cover the hole at the back when those systems are not used often.

The Mobile Loop Conveniently The Best

Okay, take the time and let them know. Once again, Peak Design has delivered a series of products above the rest. I'm talking about its Mobile product line. I'm nine deep in products purchased from the line, and they are all exceptional. The one I tell you about today is the Everyday Loop Case. The best mobile phone case I have ever owned. No, my screen saver does not fit completely. However, I'm still able to use it. I will have to find a smaller screen saver. I highly recommend the Everyday Loop Case. The Loop is the best, and so easy to slide your finger into the Loop. A product well thought out and designed. Get one, and no, I don't know anyone at Peak Design. But, I appreciate functional products that work every day. So excellent job, Peak Design; keep it going. At first, I had no plans on buying its mobile products. I'm happy I turned around that short-sighted thought of no to yes.

Incredibly Well Made

I bought a lot of phone cases over the course of my iPhone ownership (owned every iPhone since iPhone 3), and I can confidently tell you that from a quality, aesthetics, and functionality perspective, this ranks probably at the very top in terms of best cases I’ve ever used. It’s snug (no phone wiggling), easy to grip/hold onto, and very sexy to look at. I’ve also been on an endless hunt for a good phone mount for my car that is seamless, sturdy, and versatile enough to use on multiple applications, spending probably thousands of dollars to date on a variety of solutions. I can confidently say that my journey is over now that I’ve got this case and the PD Mobile infrastructure. The SlimLink mount design is incredibly well-made and secure. The magnets and the lock really locks your phone in - no wiggling, no rattling, no more of your phone being knocked off the mount. High recommended - you won’t regret picking this up.

Peeling fabric RESOLVED!

I was an early adopter/order for the mobile line. After a month of regular use of the iPhone 12pro case, I noticed that the corner of the back fabric near the camera-bump started to peel. My use of my phone includes: phone calls, texts, taking photos of dogs, mobile scrolling, and putting in my pocket. As soon as I noticed this peeling of the back fabric/sticker, I took photos of the defect and put in my claim for warranty. Within 2 days I was sent a FULL replacement. Moral of the story: register your product, customer support is mucho bueno. Hopefully they fix this adhesive issue before too long.
OTHERWISE THIS PHONE CASE IS MUCHO BUENO!!!! MagSafe works very well, and the finish on the outer bumper makes it look as good as new.

Great feel, warranty that delivers

I preordered this and it arrived with a minor imperfection in the fabric backing. I wasn’t sure if to bother with an RMA, but boy am I glad I did!
Service was great and I was immediately expressed a new case. Now the backing is super slick and a joy to hold, the mounting system looks very secure but I haven’t challenged it quite yet.
Love the raised lens protector as well, which has the added advantage of keeping most of the case’s backside away from the often dirty tables it might be placed on.

Super light case

I bought this case with the Loop attached, mainly to be able to use on my bicycle mount. I haven't tried the bike mount yet, but the case has been a super nice surprise. It's much lighter and sleeker than my OEM Apple case - you don't even notice that there's any magnet or hitch.
As for the loop, it leaves a little bit to be desired. I understand why it's made with a firm, non-bendable material, but it'd be more comfortable and easier to hook with my finger if it was a something softer.
