Agree w/other reviews, lifts up screen protectors

I was super excited to get this in the mail, and was stoked to start buying the different accessories for it. However, the case lifts up the bottom edges of screen protectors. Total deal-breaker for me. I will not be buying any more accessories until PD is able to remedy this issue. When you do so, please let me know! The quality of the build is obvious, but not for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DOESN’T WORK WITH ALL SCREEN PROTECTORS

Built like a tank, amazing Slimlink system. Giving it a 2 star rating still due to the fact the case is not compatible with a lot of screen protectors. You can look within the reviews to see more of the same reaction.
My experience:
Was a Kickstarter backer and clarified with the PD team which assured me and I quote “ Thanks for reaching out! We have not done testing on-screen protectors yet and impossible to say that will work with "all" but the lip on the case is very small and comparable to most other low profile cases, so should not be an issue!”. This led me to believe PD’s case is similar to low profile cases such as Apple or even Rhinoshield (which is not low profile compared to PD’s case). My existing screen protector works well with Apple and Rhinoshield but lifted as shown in the picture once PD’s case is installed.

Suggestion for buyers:
Look for screen protectors that are labelled “case friendly”, they may have the most chance of success.

Suggestion for PD:
Clearly state in your product page that screen protectors need to be case friendly versions. At the moment (26 Dec 2021), your customers are basically doing a trial and error to ensure the screen is well protected. That’s not an award winning design in my books.

Great but doesn’t work with my screen protector

I ordered this via Kickstarter and finally received it today! Case feel great and works super well with the bike mount, BUT doesn’t work with my screen protector, as it is peeling the edges off.
This is a case designed to be used everywhere, also in rough environments so using a screen protector is a must. Seems like a very large oversight from Peak Design who usually makes incredible and well though out products!?!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sturdy, but flawed

The case is well built, feels nice to the touch and is attractive. However, you can not use a screen protector with this case. I've tried three separate brands, including the very well designed Spigen. The case curves ever-so-slightly over the edge of the phone to keep it secure, in doing so it lifted the edge of all three screen protectors preventing the screen protector from securing to the glass. See included picture.

Great case and accessories, but…

I’m actually a big fan of the case and ecosystem, but after just two weeks of use, the textured material on the back of the case is already starting to fray at the edges. I think it’s just a matter of time before it comes off completely. My only complaint, but it’s a big one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good concept but execution is flawed

I have been using this case for about a month now the single biggest complaint that I have with this case is that I am unable to use this with a tempered glass. I use the Spigen and it leaves these bubbles at the bottom edges. I have tried to put this case in various different ways it still does not help.
If and when they fix this issue, I would be happy to recommend the case!

I opted into the case for the mounting options (spoiler, they are also great), but I didn’t know what to expect from the case.
I have zero disappointments. It is really good. I’ve drop tested it plenty in a couple months of daily use and it has protected my phone well. The material on the back feels good. I’m surprised and impressed that the metal square on the back hasn’t picked up any scratches. Overall, fantastic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great case but impossible to have a tempered glass

I'm super happy to finally received this case, I love it.
Just can't wait to receive the mobile tripod !!
But the sad part, It's not possible to have a tempered glass on the display with the case, referred to picture.
