Print Alignment Issues

I've had troubles with other size circles but have always been able to fix it by adjusting it slightly. I've wasted many sheets trying to get my print to center on the label. One or two will turn out good then the rest will be off center.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, I am so sorry about the issue you experienced with your alignment, we always want our customers to be satisfied with printing our products. Before you print, please make sure that your design is set to the outer edge, as this is a print to the edge product. In the pdf, please be sure to set your Page size to 8.5x11/Letter and the Scale set to Custom 100%. Depending on your printer, you may need to change the paper/media type from Plain paper to labels. If your labels are set correctly but still printing misaligned, please call our center so we can help and possibly offer a replacement or refund for this issue.
