Nice unit but..

I am really enjoying the red light for my skin/and help with a large abdominal scar from a. If prior surgery.. however, I think the Mito 300 would have been a better choice because of the stand - it looks like a stronger fixture to prop it up- sometimes the Mito Min slips if I don’t prop it up against something to keep it in place.When I’ve used it longer, I’ll be able to know how much of a difference it’s really making. Right now I love sitting in front of my RL and feeling the glow and overall sense of healing I get from it.

I have to say it has helped in more ways I could have imagined. I have been in a good mood overall since using it. My skin is looking better than ever. I get asked all the time "what are you doing different?" The only difference in my routine is using the light every morning while getting ready. I have used it for pain in my lower back. I recently allowed a co worker to use it while she was having a cluster headache and after 10 minutes in the light it was gone. I recommend this for everything it says it helps with. I believe there are benefits we don't even know about.

Overall, I think this is a good quality machine. I haven’t had it long enough to say whether or not it worked to improve my skin, but the lights are bright. The unit is pretty heavy and the only issues with the design are: 1) the electrical plug at the top overhangs the NIR switch and makes it a bit of a challenge to turn it off, 2) would be nice to be able to use a USB to charge.

Have used every day for 20 minutes (10 back of body, 10 front of body) for my fibromyalgia, fractured vertebrae and xxxxxx. It has helped tremendously with my pain and muscle spasms. I am sleeping better. I firmly believe it is helping with my healing and sleep and will be great to combat my xxxxxx (along with my infrared sauna). Give it a try. I have the MitroMIN and it works for what I need.

Mito Lights work!

Being a healthcare professional, I was already familiar with red light therapy and owned a Tendlite for carpal tunnel pain relief. However, turning 50 hit me rather hard and I wanted a red light panel for anti-aging and to help my rosacea. I spent about a month researching various red light treatments available in the market and settled on this brand due to their reputation, warranty, and testimonials. I started using the device in September and my rosacea redness is drastically reduced along with my "tech neck" and some facial lines smoothing out (note: I do use facial serums but was doing this well before I started red light therapy). What I found amazing is what happened to my knee and neck. I started using the light on my legs due to a knee injury I sustained in the spring that just would not heal. I had to wear a knee wrap during my workouts with planks being very uncomfortable to perform. After about a month of using the light 5 times a week for 5-10 minutes per session, my knee is no longer aching and I no longer need to wear the wrap during exercise. I can also do planks without any discomfort. For my neck, I woke up a couple weeks ago with a pretty bad kink in my neck with limited rotation movement to the left. I decided to do a 5 minute session of red light on my neck and then I laid for 10 minutes on my Spoonk mat (acupressure). I could not believe it. After the treatment, the restricted motion in my neck was 90% better and the following day, I was completely fine. My husband also had an achy shoulder for a few months. He had rested the shoulder and even had an oral steroid dose pack prescribed to reduce the inflammation and pain. The achiness persisted. He started using the red light three times week and within a few weeks, the achiness was gone.I am still using the light therapy for anti-aging, rosacea, post-exercise recovery, minor aches/pains, and recently, I started using it on my pelvic area for my endometriosis to see if it can help reduce the "endo belly" and inflammation. For those of you looking for alternative methods for healthcare and aging, this red light is a winner!

Healing happened!

Excellent experience! I had tennis elbow and using the Mito light helped it heal in ten days. I’m now using it for a bruised rib and it’s helping. I’ll use it also as maintenance for my elbow . Easy to use and worth its weight in gold.

I think this is an extraordinary unit in the sense that it a great entry level choice but also just might be all you need depending on your needs. I bought it for the anti aging, and immune system benefits and MITO delivers. It's relieved some other ailments that I have but I'll keep this review short. It's a compact and powerful unit that I definitely recommend.
