Mito is one of the top two lights in the game imho. Small but perfect for targeted use. I got two of these for friends over holidays so they could get in the game. I have a full body panel.

I researched the lights on the market before I purchased the product. I am thrilled by my choice and results. The light is built with quality. No cheap parts. The light is easy to use. No over complicated. Absolutely perfect. I can see and feel results already in my skin tone after 4 weeks.

I am using light for achilles tendinitis. I was using it twice a day for 12 minutes each time. I noticed no difference. My usage was interrupted by 3 weeks of no use. Now I am starting again and upping the time to 15 minutes per session.

The company was very helpful in working with me from the beginning: a mix up on my part with credit cards usage, help in adding a money saving code; answering a few questions I couldn't find in other threads. It arrived promptly and was well packed. I use it approximately 6 to 15 minutes per day on my face, on infrared and red light. Possibly gum depth probes from 9's to 7's and 5's and others from 3 and 4 to 2's and 3's. My skin tenure looks improved to me somewhat; noticeably so on my neck. I'm 65 yr old female and have used my MitoMIN 2.0 a few months now.

It’s hard for me to tell if I am seeing any benefits from rlt, but what I can say is that I like doing it. I find it very relaxing. It makes me feel like a lizard.The Mito Min 2.0 is a relatively small panel, so i find myself spending a lot of time in front of it to hit all areas of my body to a desired level. This isn’t so much the fault of the panel itself, but i would recommend a larger panel if you can afford one.

I bought this because I have had a horrible itchy rash for six months and had high hopes that the light would help bring relief. So far, after more than a month of steady use I have seen no improvement. In fact, during the first three weeks whenever I used the light my rash immediately flared up even worse. Maybe a detox period? I contined to use it and there does seem to be a bit of improvement now but not sure if I'm cured yet. Still itchy.My 77 yr old husband is also using it daily but again no noticeable results yet. We are both in generally good health. We have not given up so time will tell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased my first Mito unit in April 2020, right at the beginning of lockdown. I had just had ACL reconstruction, and was unable to have the prescribed sessions with a physical therapist for a proper recovery. I decided to take matters into my own hands and found the studies on red light and tissue repair. After studying several brands I purchased the Mito. After I had recovered from my surgery, I began using my Mito for wound and bruise healing, then discovered its benefits for skin health and immunity. After 3 years of use, my skin is more radiant at 56 than it was in my 40s. It has been so beneficial in my life, that my sister and parents, and even my in-laws purchased their own Mito units!
