Hoping for more info

So far, I have no complaints. I just am not sure if I am using it correctly. I don't really see any evidence of "healing" or improvement in appearance of my skin. I have been using every day for 15 minutes at a time..

I was impressed with the quality of the materials right from the start. I was going to buy a smaller unit with lots of marketing hype, but no info on exact wavelengths, watts or EMF testing. I have just started using it and I feel my skin looks plumper. Also using it for my son’s acne scars.

Eventually I will get the full body light to replace the one I have now. This unit is very strong and illuminaties great. I purchased the light to replace a unit that required 30 min and this unit only requires 5-15 min per day. I do recommend mito red light for you’re red Light therapy. Get the largest unit for your budget

The light was easy to use and built very well. I'm not sure it's helping my knees. I use it daily on both knees for 4 ten minute periods on both sides of the knee, behind and in front. I also use it on my lower back after driving a 400 mile delivery route. I think it help the stiffness in my back. I thought about returning it but I think it will help over time. My knees are in bad shape. I've had stem cell transplant in both knees a year and a half ago with a slight improvement. I think this can only help. If you have any suggestions that would be great. Thanks

Compared to price of Joovv, a great value!! From all I can tell works as well or better at about half the price!! I like the separate switches for red/IR, seems very well built, great value! Comes with hanging kit as well, I am thoroughly impressed!
