Love It!

Have used every day for 20 minutes (10 back of body, 10 front of body) for my fibromyalgia, fractured vertebrae and xxxxxx. It has helped tremendously with my pain and muscle spasms. I am sleeping better. I firmly believe it is helping with my healing and sleep and will be great to combat my xxxxxx (along with my infrared sauna). Give it a try. I have the MitroMIN and it works for what I need.

Overall, I think this is a good quality machine. I haven’t had it long enough to say whether or not it worked to improve my skin, but the lights are bright. The unit is pretty heavy and the only issues with the design are: 1) the electrical plug at the top overhangs the NIR switch and makes it a bit of a challenge to turn it off, 2) would be nice to be able to use a USB to charge.

Nice unit but..

I am really enjoying the red light for my skin/and help with a large abdominal scar from a. If prior surgery.. however, I think the Mito 300 would have been a better choice because of the stand - it looks like a stronger fixture to prop it up- sometimes the Mito Min slips if I don’t prop it up against something to keep it in place.When I’ve used it longer, I’ll be able to know how much of a difference it’s really making. Right now I love sitting in front of my RL and feeling the glow and overall sense of healing I get from it.

My second light box

This is my second MitoRed box. The science of red light is correct....it is healing and wellness producing on many levels. This new design makes it even easier to use. And, even if it didn't I would definitely use a red light NIR apparatus anyway !

I love using this daily

I’ve only had the Mito light for about a month. I haven’t noticed a change yet but I do enjoy using it; so does my husband. We asked our dermatologists about efficacy and they both said there’s not enough data yet. We’ll continue our daily use and trust there will be a beneficial result.

It is still to early to say if it is helping. Hair is still falling out so still hoping the light will start new growing in. Time will tell.

My skin dried out and looks leathery,I was using it enthusiaticly 10 to 13 min almost every day. I'm going tp cut back to twice a week and see what happens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
