It was recommended to me by my alternative therapist who uses it herself. I've read the published benefits and have found a difference in my energy and strength. The easiest way for me to use it is to place it sideways on the edge of my bed. I lay on my side facing it and then facing the other way.

Mito min

I purchased the Mito min about six weeks after purchasing the Mito pro 1500. I was so amazed by how I felt using the larger device that I wanted a smaller one for when I travel and this one suited my needs. I originally purchased my larger device to help my hip pain. After approximately eight weeks of use I find that I recover from my workouts far better, I have so much more energy , probably because I sleep so well now. Prior to red light therapy my sleep was really bad. Most nights I would toss and turn and finally give up. Since using my light I’m getting a good eight hours real sleep on a regular basis and if I do wake up I have no trouble getting back to sleep. I have not noticed any significant improvement in my hip but it’s still early days but at least I can work out which I’m itself is a great help. I have only used the mito min when I travel , it weighs about five pounds and it just means I don’t have to be without my therapy light. I love both of these devices. My husband was very skeptical but he uses it every day so I guess he must be getting some benefit.

Not sure it works for me

I've been using this for more than a month almost every day. I suffer from rosacea and that's the reason why I got this light. I haven't noticed any improvement, not even 5%, the redness is all still there, the capillaries haven't shrunk one bit.Also, it got me new wrinkles! Let me explain. For several weeks I used to wash and dry my face, then turn on the light (with a dry face). The problem is I have a very dry face, so those 10 minutes every day with a very dry face made appear new wrinkles, especially on the forehead and the ones the I had already now look bigger. I've been using moisturizer and retinol for weeks now but they haven't gone away, and I'm afraid those wrinkles are here to stay. I now use the light with moisturizer on but still I'm bummed and sad that a light that was supposed to prevent wrinkles made appear new ones. I used it with a dry face because everywhere on the internet it says you have to use the light witha dry face. I will keep using the light for now but I'm disappointed to say the least, especially for the lack of results against rosacea. Not sure what to do to get results (for rosacea and prevent wrinkles)

So far so good...

I had purchased a small, hand-held "anti-ageing" red light device about six months ago, but after consistent use saw very little improvement in my skin. So I decided to invest in a better quality item. I like that the Mito Mini bathes my entire face in red light, making it much easier and faster to treat all areas for 10 minutes or so. I've been using this device for about six weeks (five days per week), and I'm not sure if I'm seeing any changes yet, but I'm hopeful that the higher power and better coverage of the Mito will result in noticeable effects soon.

Hip Pain Is Gone!

I have been using my red light for a couple of weeks now and it has become part of my daily routine. That’s because on the very first day that I used it, my chronic hip pain went away. At first I thought it had to be a fluke. I slept through the night with no pain and no tossing and turning. I have continued to use the red light on my hips daily, and the pain has not returned. I lived with this pain for years and spent thousands on physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, trigger point injections, Prolozone injections, various supplements, all to no avail. One session with the red light was all it took to eradicate my pain, and the daily treatments keep it from returning. Unbelievable! Except that it’s true! I’ve been telling everybody and already three people have either gotten a red light or say they plan to. I love mine!

I think this is an extraordinary unit in the sense that it a great entry level choice but also just might be all you need depending on your needs. I bought it for the anti aging, and immune system benefits and MITO delivers. It's relieved some other ailments that I have but I'll keep this review short. It's a compact and powerful unit that I definitely recommend.

Healing happened!

Excellent experience! I had tennis elbow and using the Mito light helped it heal in ten days. I’m now using it for a bruised rib and it’s helping. I’ll use it also as maintenance for my elbow . Easy to use and worth its weight in gold.
