Like the separate switches for red and nir lights. Size is good. I use it for both feet. Nice that they include several pieces of hardware to hang it with. I just set my light on the floor since its for my feet.

I have experienced a 100% increase in my quality of sleep - a small investment for this great benefit! My skin is looking more youthful and rejuvenated. As an esthetician of 22 years I know the difference and can see the difference. Super excited and will continue to use my mini Mito everyday.

Healing Inside and Out

I am delighted with my fairly new MitoMin light. I have had years of difficulty with internal and external scar tissue issues after a botched breast cancer surgery. The scar tissue is in my abdomen and my breast. There was nothing the allopathic medical community could offer to address this. After two weeks of daily use for a short period of 15 to 20 mins. there is a softening of the scar tissue in both areas. It is the first time I have had any softening of this tissue and I believe that as I continue to use this light I will continue to find pain levels reduced and the softening of the scar tissue decreasing. This red light is like a miracle and I want the hundreds of thousands of people out there who are also living with the discomfort and pain of scar tissue to know about this product. I investigated other red light sites and Mito is by far the best product for the least amount of money. This is truly a form of healing on the cutting edge of our future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Red light for foot pain

I spend a lot of time on my feet at work and they tend to get pretty sore by end of a day. I was skeptical about trying this product, but splurged and purchased a small device during quarantine. Now I use the red light for 5-10 minutes 4 to 5 days a week and my feet feel rejuvenated afterwards. I intend to purchase another larger unit in the future.

The mini is a quality, well made product. I used it everyday for the first 2 weeks; then switched to every other day since then. I use it with both lights on for 10 minutes a time. So far, I'm using it on face and neck only. I'm a 74 year old female and looking for tighter skin. There seems to be a slight difference for the better. Wished I'd taken a "before" pix. I don't expect instant results because I'm older and there's more to fix. LOL. My plan is to continue using it every other day for 10 minutes. Will update after a few more months of use.
