Mighty Mito Min

I use my new Mito Min along side a larger red light panel. This "just right" size is perfect as a supplemental panel that can easily be moved to the area that needs treatment. I like that I can choose either the Red light, the Near Red Light or both, on the switches on top. I usually use both.

I have had terrible back pain for a long time. Got my Mito about a month ago and using it everyday. My back pain, while not subsided, has been reduced considerably. Will definitely keep on using this! So small and easy to use also.

MitoMin is great but....

I wish I would have started with a larger size. I wanted to address some skin issues on a smaller area, which MitoMin is good for. However there are potentially so many other benefits I have to do sections. If you think you might be interested in RLT on more than a smaller area, or don’t want to invest the time in doing smaller area by smaller area, go bigger if you can afford it. I feel like I am getting 2/3 of the area I want to in 4x the amount of time that a bigger unit would take. Besides size: While results are slow (as expected) I think there is a modest effect on my eczema. I do seem to sleep better. I have been using it on the backs of my calves where I had varicose vein work done and had residual nerve damage. The nerves that created a dead feeling patch of skin seems to be waking up. I hope it helps with aging and stretch marks but I haven’t seen a difference there yet but maybe over time.

Originally I really believe that red light therapy was a hoax. I bought the smallest Mito red light to see if I was right. I was not right. It is done a great many things for me. Watch my video to hear all about it.

More energy and reduced inflammation

It was really easy to use and set up. Within a matter of days, I felt some relief from inflammation in my left knee. Now I use it daily and I feel more energetic!

I love my Mito Red Light! I’ve been using it a few months now and it’s something I’ve love incorporating into my self care routine. I use it mostly on my face and back but have used it all over. I love how portable it is and I often bring it with me to my sister’s house so she can use it too. I will definitely be getting her one for her birthday since she loves it so much!

Very happy with the MitoMIN, This is the best option when cost is a factor. It's easy to use, and I feel good knowing I can access the therapy I need for a small investment
