It Works!

I am 66 years old and have arthritic pain in my knees, hips and shoulders. My shoulders are the worse and will be getting shoulder replacement surgery. My daughter-in-law suggested I try red light therapy. I was skeptical but I trust her and bought the mini. I have been using it since December 9 and the pain in my knees is all but gone. My hips are much better and I have just noticed my shoulders improving. I am convinced this is helping me. It was great investment in my health.

I love Mito Red Light treatments. I am committed to 10 minutes a day, and feel Mito brand is top of the line. I will keep you posted on my progress.

I have been using the Mito Red mainly on my lower back before doing my back exercises I am sure it has helped. I have also used it on my left foot which was suffering from oedema. It has definitely helped. I have been using it on the Red light and the NIR settings Am very happy with the results.

Great- I've used it daily since I received it. Great for delayed onset muscle soreness after workouts. My wife still hasn't embraced it yet though. She's a bit skeptical. I'm still working on her.

I have thoroughly enjoyed using my MITO red light therapy. It has given me energy, healing and less muscle aches. It’s also have has worked wonders on my skin. I highly recommend it !

Best investment ever

I’ve had pain for over 1 year. When my Pt recommended Red Light Therapy I was questioning how it would work. Now having had shoulder problems for two years I have to say Mito Red worked for me and was the only thing to bring relief! Being portable I’ve been able to use it in any room and also share the use with the athletes in my family who have aches & pains!

First of all, it’s portable and small enough to maneuver around where I’d like to place it which is a lot of times on my nightstand. It has weight to it, it’s sturdy and I like the way it looks- it has a nice professional looking aesthetic! And for the most important part: it works! I have noticed a difference in my skin and it’s barrier function. I have very sensitive, dry skin and this has helped to tighten and amp up the moisture barrier! And, an added perk is that it helps relieve the winter blues. When I use this as part of my bedtime routine, not only does it relax me but I feel like I’m in the bright sunshine without all the negative affects of sunlight. It’s great all the way around and I highly recommend it! ☀️

Feel more energy

I felt well, even when we were out of power I brought it to the office where we still had some so that I could keep using it. I ended up giving this unit as a gift but I'm looking at getting one of the larger ones.
