Love my Mito Red light (mini).

I have been using my mini Mito red light most days in the morning for my wrist pain and face which has a bit of redness and it makes a difference. My wrist feels notably less inflamed and the redness around my nose has decreased as well.I like to do the light in the morning and put on a short meditation while I sit by it. My only complaint is I wish it came with a built in handle for easy moving. I’ve already lent it out to friends and I couldn’t wait to get it back. 10/10 recommend this product.

After reading many studies done on relight therapy I decided it was finally time to purchase a device. I'm glad I did because I've been noticing the subtle benefits. The biggest improvement I've noticed was how well I've been sleeping with 15 min use per night! Good product.

Unprecedented Energy

Ever since buying the MitoMin and applying it several times a day to various parts of my body, I feel a constant rush of energy throughout the day, and have started putting on more muscle easier than ever before. I got my t-levels checked and they are at the upper end of the range since starting treatment with this device.

Loving It & I Was Skeptical Beforehand

Purchased the mini for my sig other who is having hair/skin issues due to nearly 5 years of xxxxxx treatment medication in one form or another. After a month of consistent daily use she has noticed some difference with her hair and improved mood. I myself was very skeptical about red light even after diving into research - I've been using it to enhance workout recovery, sleep, and help with some chronic issues. i tried really hard to stay objective and not fall for placebo - but I admit I DO notice a different when I do use it and when I don't. I used it daily for 3 weeks, then took this last week off and yes I notice a difference.

Just what we need during COVID-19

My wife and I had been contemplating red light therapy for a while, and when the shelter in place order was issued in CA, we knew we would need some way to maintain light exposure. Within one minute of turning this lil guy on, you can feel the difference. I highly recommend it to anyone that has a hard time getting light exposure for any reason. This inst a replacement by any means, but definitely a good bio hack.
