I tried several kinds of (cheaper) batteries before contacting Rayovac and was not happy with them at all, they did not last long at all. My company charged very high prices before they closed. Now I buy direct from Rayovac and am very happy. My new company charges $20 just to clean my aids which is exorbitant for a few minutes of work!! I would never buy batteries there. Thanks for great service and great batteries.

Should be a recall on #10 batteries and a refund for 2014, 2015 and 2016 "use by" dates

I have being buying your product for 4 years and have been very satisfied up until this year. For some reason each time I purchase a multi pack at least half are not working. I just purchased a multi pack(24) on 10/14/2013 and so far one whole pack(8) has not worked. the expiration date is Feb. 2016 AFVPK 02:13. As you know these batteries are not cheap. I would like if you all would check into this.
