More dead batteries than live one's

Have been a long time user of Rayovac's hearing aid batteries with good results. Recently purchased 2 24 packs of the size 10 batteries. Found about half of them were not working right out of the package.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used other brands of batteries for my hearing aid and these work the best. Their customer service is excellent as well. A couple of years ago, I had some issue with their product and was shipped replacements immediately--similar situation with a national drug chain private brand was met with no response nor acknowledgement. Influenced me to buy Ray O Vac for all battery needs.

Worked well for my grandma's hearing aid

Worst Packaging Ever Size 10 Child Proof Packaging

The child proof packaging that has to be cut to open is one of the worst packaging designs I have ever seen. It is very difficult to cut the hard plastic. Terrible design. I have purchased these before without the child proof packaging and they were fine. Recently purchased 10 packs of 6 batteries. Is the previous packaging still available?

The dangerous packaging that somehow passed safety test? Do you realize how easy it is to cut yourself on sharp plastic? Never again will,I buy these.
