Filter is Amazing!!

I started buying these filters as soon as they came out. We always bought the 1000 but with my daughter having allergies, we stepped it up and started buying the 1500. She could breathe so much better. Parents, trust a parent. If your kids have any allergies, this filter will certainly help the issue. We have never bought another "cheap" filter since and we never will. These Filtrete filters leave everyone else out in the cold!! Thanks 3 M for such a wonderful product. You guys are top notch!!

Spendy but Effective

The style of furnace we use requires a large filter, which is very expensive. The good news is that it doesn't require changing often. These filters offer a level of comfort that the air we breath is as good as it can be in a dusty environment. They are easy to change and a good solid product

Filtrete 1500 is just about right

We tried the 1900 filter but found it was more than needed for a newer home with no real problems. The 1500 filters out the cat dander and dust. The 1000 is not quite good enough. The 1500 is just about right.

The best filter that I've ever used

For the last several years I’ve been using a reusable filter that can be cleaned every month and I thought it was doing a great job.
We have a lot of black furniture in our house so it’s very easy to tell when it’s time to dust, pretty much twice a week. I had always assumed that dust was caused by the dirt that enters your home so there wasn’t a whole that can be done to correct it.
Then I started reading about what dust was really made of and it’s discussing. So I study which air filters gave me the best filtering quality for my money and the clear winner was the Filtrete 1500.
Wow, what difference it made in the dust buildup on my furniture. It now takes about 1 ½ weeks to accumulate the same amount of dust that that used to accumulate in about 3 days. I can’t believe it was breathing all of that extra stuff into my lungs every day.
I’ve used the 1500 for 2 ½ months and I’m getting ready to change it for the first time and it looks like it needs it.
These filters are not what I would call cheap, but if they last up to 3 months and they filter this well, they are definitely worth the few extra dollars.

Great for keeping down dust buildup in home

Been using a 1500 rating or higher filter for quite sometime now, Has helped some of my allergy's. Using a filter of this rating or higher seems to reduce build up of dust on my furniture as well. I trust Filtrete products.

We used to buy different brand of air filter because of price difference. I noticed that Filtrete is expensive but it filters most dust and odor. We never had allergy problem when we started using Filtrete.
