Great coffee maker

Have had the Hamilton Beach Professional for a couple of weeks and we love it. Makes great coffee and is easy to use. The water container lid does come off easily, but we just put it to the side when we are refilling.

My previous HB coffee maker served me faithfully for over a decade. Still working great when I donated it to Goodwill.I purchased this coffee Maker 5 days ago. Only once out of 4 daily attempts did I awake to a pot of coffee.
