I am disappointed

Well i followed the instructions, i put liquid bottle, then cartridge, I turned on,show to me orange light,then I left on the table in my patio and I went in the house wile the poison spreading around (45min)
Then I went to play with my child, both of us legs are completely destroyed from mosquitoes

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I found this to be easy to use and very simple to refill with the cartridges. Although it's winter time I turned it on in the house and I did not get any bad smell from it. I will be taking with me on the road when I travel in my motorhome.

Used it for years. Camping, fishing, working in woods or hunting. Even now hunting. Couldn't be outside with out it or I'd have to spray on repellants because mosquitos eat me up!!! Not with thermocell tho. No lie. I'm serious. Haven't noticed it affect deer either. Used it on ladder stand, in box stand and in ground blind. I live in Louisiana and that makes me an expert. Lol.

The refills are great, but they are a little expensive and they don't last long. if you decide to go with Thermocell products keep in mind that you will forever have to buy refills. It's really an investment.

After trying everything from tiki torches to citronella candles to mosquito coils, this is the first product that truly seems to keep mosquitoes at bay. The cartridges are easy to plug in and the lamp-shaped diffuser is easy on the eyes. I just wish the pads lasted longer than 3 hours, though the change in color is a simple reminder of when it's time for a new one. I'm very pleased my wife found this product!
