Had one of these before and was happy with it. Just bought a new one today. After our last one died we bought a Mr. Coffee model that lasted less than a year. So now we're going back to Hamilton Beach.

It seems as if the water only sprays out from one side onto the coffee grinds. This means I have some wet grinds and some dry, producing a weak pot of coffee.

Beautiful product, easy to prepare for use, easy to understand directions for loading, cleaning, setting time, setting up the program for later start........great product. Hope it lasts longer than what it's replacing.
