I bought a coffee maker that works very well, but some parts are missing — specifically items 10 and 12: the permanent filter, water filter, and replacement tool were not included in the package.

A true wonder!

Many years ago we had a Hamilton Beach coffee maker at my parents' house and it was great. Now I recently decided to buy a new coffee maker and I didn't hesitate to buy a Hamilton Beach one. I love it!

Slower brewing

Just opened from the box, but it seems a lot slower than my old Mr. Coffee brand with just running water through it. Seems to be decent quality for the economical price. Probably made to last a couple years like the comparable brand.

Decent affordable coffee maker

This is a pretty basic clock-based coffee maker. You can't change the automatic shut off, but the programming is pretty straightforward. It works well though it will only survive a couple of years with our hard water. That's pretty much true of any brand.
