LED DISPLAY HAS DEFECT

Just plugged in and turned on the coffee maker and noticed there is a black blotch on the LED display making settings hard to read. Not impressed.

Hamilton Beach programmable cofffee maker

I bought this particular coffee maker cause I can program it to make 1-4 cups. I have arthritis and picking up s full carafe is too difficult. When my kids are here then I can also make a full cop but also vary the taste from regular to bold!!
