Professional here! I just bought this tool and I do love it. However, I do wish the round brush attachment was bigger and had more bristles. I have long very frizzy hair and it doesn’t get as smooth as I’d like it to but it does dry very fast which is a huge plus for me! I’m hoping they come out with additional attachments down the line. Overall so far I do think it is a very good tool.

I am so happy with this purchase! I've looked at other multi stylers and debated heavily between options. My hairdresser always recommends Babyliss tools, so when this styler was released I knew I could trust the brand. I was looking for a multi tool that could create a more polished look in less time than I was previously spending styling my hair, and this has been a great fit. It has cut dry time by about 50% and I love the finished look. Also works on dry hair for refreshing a style.

Been a hairstylist for over 25 years. This is the most organomic and easiest tool I've used. Love the polished Look u receive and how healthy your hair feels and looks! So excited u released the curl attachment just ordered them!

Horrible! Never worked.
If you tried to use any level of heat just shuts off and won’t work. Warranty is a joke, you have to send back wait 2 weeks with no tools and hope they actually send you something. Refuse to work with you at all!
Save yourself a headache, embarrassing hair and self confidence smashing because this company doesn’t care and won’t give a refund after your horrible experience. Only owned for 2 weeks brand new garbage! Go to another company and save yourself

Before purchasing this, I was using the Revlon paddle brush dryer and love it but wanted something that might have better heat settings for my hair. The only reason for a 4 star so far is because I only bought this for the brush dryer attachment and know that I won't be using the others so I can't really speak to those. They will still be nice for guests to use when hosting. I wish they would make a brush only dryer with the same settings. I will say that the switch between the heat and cool is really nice and using the brush was pretty easy. The Revlon seemed to get my hair straighter but then again, this is a review after only using it once. Will update if anything changes.

So easy to use and I’m glad it has different attachments. My favorite thing is the pause button and I love how fast it goes from hot to cold definitely worth the buy!
