Great alternative to bulky watches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this ring for Christmas 2024 and 7 months in it has been great. I like the step tracking without wearing a bulky watch and I also like the features of the app with stress zones and sleep insights.

It has been so insightful and the data collected has really been eye opening. As somebody who works shift work it is important for me to get enough sleep between shifts and Ultrahuman has helped me hit those targets. It has been so good I even recommend it to my friends and family.

Being a work mom is hard and this helps me delay the caffeine or cut it off early so I can continue to work on my healthy sleep habits moving forward!!! 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this over two months ago and it’s been super helpful with tracking my cycle (accurate to the day) which was the main reason i got it. step tracking is slightly off from my apple watch but nothing major. overall super cute and definitely would recommend it
