Better sleep

It has helped me understand and improve my sleep in a way I never expected. The insights are spot on, being able to see how my sleep quality aligns with my workout performance has helped me tweak my gym routine in a way that actually sticks.
I now train smarter, not just harder. Days I used to push through fatigue, I now recognise as signals to recover, and the results have been visible in both strength gains and overall energy. Sleep tracking has been especially helpful; knowing when I’ve rested well (and when I haven’t) has brought a level of awareness I didn’t expect from a wearable.
I have it in Gold - looks pretty, easy to wear all day, and blends right into my routine. Would highly recommend if you’re serious about optimising both training and recovery.

Useful, but can be better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using ring for 2 months and my feelings are mixed. It looks that measure is working well, on the other hand app is not recommending useful points. I am playing ice hockey and ring is not measuring data during I play, I dont know why.

It has been really interesting seeing what affects my sleep and hoe I can make improvements to help shape how I feel throughout the day. My only negative is how long it takes to charge. I want to wear it at all times to get the data. It would be nice if it could be fully charged in 30 mins so I don’t have to have it off for so long. Overall an amazing product!
