best in the health tracking space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring two months ago and have been using is consistently - it had not disappointed! Really cool features and easy to use app interface, definitely the best health tracking ring you can find out there. Some measures do not feel completely accurate (sleep is sometimes a bit off, as well as movement is undercounted) but overall, compared to what most other fitness trackers offer, this is really good. I have tried various fitness trackers over the years, mostly watches, and the ring is much more convenient, highly recommend.

Excellent tool for tracking sleep and stress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Ultrahuman Ring for a few months and I’m very happy with it. I especially like the sleep and stress insights, which help me understand my habits better. The app is intuitive but the only thing I feel is missing is a bit more guidance on how to interpret the data and clear tips on how to improve. Still, I highly recommend it!

Great Health Insights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the Ring Air size 10 for more than a month now and the ring provides a substantial insight into the health parameters of the day. The app is concise and informative with all the necessary information right front and centre leading to an enjoyable experience while using the app. I particularly love the caffeine window and the sleep score information, both of which have greatly influenced by actions throughout the day to get the best possible sleep and rest required.
The only thing that maybe improved in the long run is the battery life. Currently, on a full charge, the ring lasts for about 4 days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultrahuman Ring has been an amazing tool. It's helping me understand how to optimize my sleep with precise measurements and recommendations. The information provided is actionable, which is something not found with wearables I've tried in the past. It's helping me build better eating and sleeping habits and I strive to get 90s when I can. The ultra human age is something I've been working to improve and also a feature I haven't seen on my wife's Oura ring. It's been great to see my brain age get younger with better sleep habits. The additional features such as breath work have been fun to use when I do my red light/IR therapy sessions. It's become my constant companion and I have only ever taken it off for charging (the battery life is outstanding). The alarm clock that syncs with my sleep cycles is also a neat feature. Overall, very happy with my purchase. At first thought I was making a mistake of owning both an Apple Watch and the ring, but they each have their uses!

Ultrahuman Replacement for Apple Watcj

Having the Ultrahuman ring is amazing because I can charge it during the day and sleep with it on to track my sleep. I recommend this ring to every person I meet. It is comfortable, accurate, and has so many amazing features!
