I bought this ring 4 months ago mainly for sleep tracking and I’m very happy with it as I can wear it through the night and then see all the important data in the morning.

The best smartwatch alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] O bought the Ultrahuman ring 2 months ago and have been using it on it's power setting ever since.
After an initial calibration period, it provides valuable insight into your body's vitals and supports you to make changes.
For me, it's the best alternative to a smart watch which I wouldn't wear 24/7 and which would therefore defeat it's use.
I would love for the ring not to remind me on an ongoing basis to leave power mode and go into "chill" mode. I prefer having all features turned on and don't mind charging it every few days.
The ring is extremely lightweight. A next improvement could be reducing it's thickness (it is already very thin!).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this nearly 2 months ago, i love how its always updating with new plugs. the battery does not last at all especially if you workout everyday. the ring doesnt always connect to the app, sometimes theres too much info and its quite scary when it shows you your brain age etc
