Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this ring for an about 4 months. I really enjoy the heart rate monitoring for exercise. I’m not big on wearing a watch, so this is a nice alternative. It does seem to be easily scratched or beat up, but so far that hasn’t affected how the ring works. I also didn’t realize how much I was enjoying tracking my sleep.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use it primarily for tracking my sleep and workouts to get an overview of my progress. The one feature I use the most (and is also the reason I got interested in the product) is the caffeine measurement. My sleep has gotten way better after limiting the caffeine consumption in regards to what the app says.
Also a thing to note is that i got the ring with titanium coating and I'm surprisingly amazed of how little the scratches are visible on the ring after 3 months use.
Overall a great product!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The ring thats gets better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring has helped me understand my body better. First of all, the sleep metrics are very helpful. Ultrahuman sends me notifications Concerning my optimal time when I should go to bed and in the morning lets me know how I did.
Also super is the information about the caffeine window and the fact that you can enter the drinks you consume.
The ability to log workouts is also great.
Battery life is optimal.
The ring's software is update frequently so you can see new features coming and the Ultrahuman gets better every day.
I heartily recommend it.

I love this item! It is very useful and allows me to track everything I want. I gave it only four stars because the gold on my ring has seriously chipped and worn off, leaving my ring part silver part gold.

What could be better:
I don't get a period due to surgery and Id love it to suggest potential cycles based on temp so I can still track something.
