Loving my ring!

I was worried about battery life, but it's amazing...I can go a few days without charging and then ~45 minute charge gets it back to full battery. I also love that they're continuously making updates or adding new features!

My main goal was to track and improve my sleep — and I’ve managed to do both.

The missing star is due to occasional issues with the app not syncing properly with my fitness tracker (Strava). I usually don’t wear any ring during workouts (rowing, training, etc.), which sometimes causes the ring to misinterpret the lack of activity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Ultrahuman Ring Air last year 2024 end of January and I have been very pleased with my ring. I was initially torn on whether to get this ring or Oura, but didn't like the subscription for Oura so it was no brainer to get this ring. The ring constantly goes through updates which is great. I got this ring mainly to keep track of my sleep, but now I'm pretty obsessed with the data that I get for my daily reports of movements, workouts and recovery, etc. and I find myself trying to improve it before the end of the day. I did have problems with charging as it would overheat after a few mins. They have noticed this and contacted me and have sent me a new charger free of charge which is amazing. This ring is definitely worth it if you're trying to keep track of your health compared to the other rings and worth the investment for me.

Consistent updates have improved functionality. Some updated caused issues with battery life but subsequent updates have corrected any problems. I have a smart watch and the data between the 2 devices is very similar, with the ring providing a what I feel is more accurate sleep data than the watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm very happy with my Ultrahuman Ring AIR. The tracking features are great, the battery life is good, and the app is very user-friendly. My only complaint relates to the fading of the ring over time. I have had my ring for just under 1 year and it has gone from gold to mostly silver due to fading.
