It provides accurate data on sleep, heart rate, physical activity, and calories burned, helping me better understand my body’s needs and respond accordingly.

How a Smart Ring Improved My Wellness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to think I wasn’t sleeping well because I often woke up during the night. But after consistently tracking my sleep with the smart ring, I was relieved to see that there were no major issues.
Since I started wearing the ring, I’ve also become more conscious of my daily activity levels and have been able to increase my movement throughout the day. I discovered that my HRV was relatively low, which encouraged me to actively work on improving my nervous system through various self-care efforts.
If I may add one suggestion—it would be wonderful if the ring design were a bit more delicate. A slimmer, more refined design would better suit a woman’s hand. I'm looking forward to seeing how the product continues to evolve.
