I definitely changed my behavioural patterns for the better, and I like the sleek jewelry look that I can (and do) wear with any outfit. Unfortunately I’ve had quite some battery issues after a few months, but these are being taken care of.

I especially love the fact that they are constantly coming out with new features. I try to recommend to everyone that compliments my ring, I say that Ultrahuman is better than the oura ring especially because you won’t need a monthly subscription to track everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring was my big christmas present 2024 and I‘ve been in love with the ring ever since. I like the features and especially the constant strive for improvements though I feel like the app design was prettier before the „big“ update. One thing I find quite interesting is the discreptency in steps between my iPhone und the ring with the latter always being lower even though I don‘t carry my phone everywhere with me. Overall I‘m very happy and would recommend the ring to everyone who wants a smart ring.

I try and keep to my exercise regime during phase change periods and avoid caffeine and simulants during recommended periods. I can see results! Better sleep, improving VOMax2 and slowing ageing!
