[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the ring air for 7 months now and I LOVE it! It tracks my sleep amazingly and consistently and I am able to see where I can improve to be a better human. There was one time where I had a fever and it caught it early on with its temperature tracking. The menstrual tracking is also amazing and I love just being able to glance at it to see where I’m at in the month. Safe to say I’m obsessed and I even convinced my husband to get one!

Getting such an in-depth look at my daily metrics and what affects my sleep has really helped me prioritize better habits and make sleep more important to me. It’s very accurate, super easy to use, and I have had literally zero technical issues. Love this ring so much!!!

Great product and insights. Colour fading

Since then, I’ve worn it continuously while taking great care to avoid exposure to harsh products, including removing it for showers and workouts. Despite this, I’m surprised by how much the gold color has faded and the usage is seen - with 8 months of usage it’s more than I expected. That said, I really love the product overall and appreciate the valuable insights it provides, along with the regular updates and new features.
