The complete insight it provides into sleep details has been incredibly helpful and has allowed me to improve my sleep quality. The app interface is also very user-friendly, and all the data and details it provides are extremely helpful.
While I am very satisfied with the core functionality, I have a few suggestions that I believe would make the experience even better. I would love to see a more proper step count feature, as well as the addition of GPS data to accurately record the location of my activities. An NFC function would also be a great addition.

Lightweight and Durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring Air for a while now and overall, I’m really impressed. The ring is extremely lightweight, making it very comfortable to wear all day and even during workouts. I also appreciate its durability – it feels solid and well-made. The only downside for me is the battery life, which I wish lasted a bit longer. That said, it’s still a great product

The additional trends and other metrics are all a wonderful bonus and help me to manage my own energy. I find it motivating to know where to improve without it being negative. It gives me tools to know how to respond to changes in life.

i love the ultrahuman ring. sadly i have only had it for a few months and am experiencing issues with my ring connecting to bluetooth. i have had to go days without data due to it not connecting:( besides this… i have enjoyed my experience. i love the layout of the app and i love the insights i get into my sleep and recovery.
