Great tracking!

I love this ring- it has such in depth tracking, and I love all the power plugs. I like that it has more sleep analysis than my garmin watch

Great ring but battery problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring May 2025 and had the ring for about 3 months until the ring stopped holding battery. The battery would last less than 24 hours in the battery saving mode when it was supposed to last 4-6 days. When I contacted support about it they were very helpful and eventually sent me a completely new ring - hopefully this one lasts. Besides that I have really enjoyed the ring especially the circadian phase tracking. I use the ring as contraceptive so I hope they come out with more features to support that tracking!

Need to work on calories and steps accuracy

Sleep features are good but the activity tracking and calorie burn estimates are not good. The calorie burn on your app barely covers my baseline metabolism and my activity burns almost twice that. Also, I thought the ring would be able to tell me when I’m possibly sick and it has missed that twice.
