It really helped me monitor metrics that I want to keep track of, especially sleep and caffeine flexibility. I appreciate how the app seems to be improving all the time, adding new things like ultra age and brain waste clearance. It motivates me to do better and take care of myself more. Plus, I get to wear my nice (non-smart) watches without having to think that I'll miss any important data. Highly highly recommend!

I just wish they had a slightly thinner version for women and a more natural gold finish (besides the real gold version), but until then it’s great.

For a sleep/wellness tracker I couldn’t ask for more. The only thing that sometimes bother me is constant changes to the app. Otherwise very well done and highly recommended if you want to know exactly what’s going on with your sleep and heart.
