[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring after a suggestion from my therapist, mainly to help track my sleep. This ring has been a game changer for me, the ring tells me a plethora of data regarding my sleep, but it does so much more than that. I love how it gives me suggestions such as when to get sunlight, when to reduce screentime before bed, when to taper off caffein, etc. It has become like a personal coach for me and has really helped me improve my sleep. I am getting about 4 full days on a charge. No subscription, which is why I chose this over the Oura. Highly recommend.

Nice ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this ring approx 4 months ago to track my steps and movement.
However there are a few things I have noticed:
When I am at the gym the ring does not pick up my heart beat as well as my myzone. Eg I am on the stair master and my hear rate is 115bpm. Maybe I picked the wrong size ring, but the smaller ring does not fit my finger. I have to clench my fist for the ring to pick up the heart beat.
Also I need to type at work and some days my step count seems very high and I think it is because of the typing.
Because of these issues I do wonder whether the other features such as sleep and dynamic recover is accurate.
Would I purchase again? Probably. I do like the look of the ring and it feels good on my finger.
