I love the health insights it gives me and truly makes me more conscious of health choices, for example my step count and sleep health. It gives recommendations to improve certain health insights that are actually helpful. I would recommend this ring,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My best friend bought the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for me for my birthday about 2 months ago, and I was like "do I really need this? How helpful will it actually be?". I had no idea that it would change my life! I love everything this ring has to offer, from the menstrual cycle tracking to the sleep analysis, the dynamic recovery to the movement stats. It has made me look at my life differently and prioritize my health in ways I didn't even know I needed to! I use my ring religiously and everyone I talk to about it is like "wow, I should get one of those!". Overall, so grateful my friend bought this for me and love the insights this ring gives me about my health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my ring just over two months ago & I absolutely love it. For me the convenience of not having to recharge it everyday & the ability to wear it all the time is incredible. I used to use a smart watch but the hassle of charging it every night made me forget to put it back on so switching over to the ring is major help. Contrary to popular belief, I have not noticed much, if any, scratches on my ring (which is saying a lot as a wheelchair user). The user-face is very easy to understand & learn which also makes this ring a great buy for all ages. It’s drastically helped me improve my sleep & overall health by giving me great insights.
I love my ring!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience until now is quite good! It measures my sleep quality, my heart rate, and in some way also my physical health. Especially as a woman, the cycle tracking is quite good and its interesting, how my body temperature changes throughout the cycle. It also explaines, why the temperature is changing like that and also how your body may behave during your cycle. All in all, I have only good things to report!
