Better than Oura Ring!

been using this for approx 1 month. good battery life but most importantly is the app experience. unlike other apps that just give the stats like steps etc. this app gives you insites and ability to add powerplug ins

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ultra human ring about 2 months ago and so far I’m loving it . I had an Apple Watch previously but I really like that the ring focuses more on overall health insights as opposed to exercise. The sleep score and cycle tracking are my favorites and I enjoy seeing how my sleep ties to my overall health.
