[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a couple months I will say I enjoy the content. I appreciate the efforts to improve it. I think it has some weaknesses that should be fixed. Taking measurements every five minutes is not enough. The battery recharging isn’t practical - I always lose multiple days when I need to recharge. The gaps in heart rate are too frequent. Make it vibrate or something if it isn’t picking up. The inability to record during a round of golf or a tennis match stinks. Thinner would be better. The age thing is in conflict - one part of the software says I’m younger by two years and another says I’m older by a few years. The sleep data isn’t as granular as other sleep trackers. I wrote all this because I love the product. I am writing because I care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lo uso desde febrero 2025 y me gusta mucho para monitorizar cómo mis hábitos y suplementos influyen en mi sueño, así como para conocer cómo está mi capacidad de recuperación y tomar decisiones más acertadas. Me gusta el nuevo brain age, aunque aún está en fase de desarrollo. Echo en falta que sea más proactivo para predecir y registrar la actividad física que estoy haciendo, como sí hacen otros smartwatch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am truly happy I bought the ring - I did not had any specific reason, not an athlete or trying to lost weight. I was simply intrigued by the option of having insights into how my body reacts to different stimuli and what is basically going on. And it explained so much! It finally gave me data and helped figure it our why I suffer from migraine or why some days I feel tired even after full night of sleep. Also it is practical almost all in one app so I do not have to have several health apps. Simply great experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring a few months ago and I have loved it! I was nervous with all the negative ratings talking about the battery but I have had no issues and when I keep my ring in “Chill Mode” it lasts about 5 days.
It is very accurate in detecting sleep and they are always updating the ring and adding new features!
I wish I could connect it to my Strava app but that is my only complaint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never really had any interest in a tracking ring until my coworker mentioned her ring to me. She told me about how it showed her when to drink coffee and when to stop and did deep dives in your sleep stats. I looked up the website and found more cool features like cardio tracking and i'm totally stoked on the new blood panel testing they just released. The best part, no monthly subscriptions, unless you want and even so, they run low. I love my ring and tell everyone who will listen about it. Buy yourself an Ultrahuman ring, you won't regret it.
