Great ring, but connection issues

Great but can be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love i'm able to track my sleep, stress and recovery. Its so light i barely felt its there. It kinda replaces my smartwatch. I said kinda because there is still some features that i hope it has but it doesnt. Example the find my phone features, and i do hope that it has a better ability of recognizing when i'm doing a workout.

Good ring, messy app

The ring works well. I tracked the results against my Garmin watch and the readings were very similar. The app is a bit messy, it could use some streamlining or function to customize for personal focus and goals. I do like being away from a bulky watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring back in March and I have loved it ever since! It keeps track of all of my sleep, including my naps! I love to check my stats as soon as I wake up and throughout my day. It keeps track of when I should and shouldn't have caffeine as well! I like that it keeps up with my ultrahuman age and my heart and brain levels. It makes me feel way better about myself and my lifestyle, knowing that I have an app and ring to keep track of all my information and see what is improving and what is not! This ring is the bomb diggity! I highly recommend it, it's worth the money!!
