[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Ultrahuman Ring for a couple of months now, and I genuinely think it's a brilliant alternative to smartwatches—especially if you're someone like me who prefers classic watches over digital ones. This little device has significantly improved my quality of life, drawing my attention to things I had never really considered before, like sleep quality and my personal favorite feature: the “caffeine window.”
It’s surprising how much insight such a small ring can offer. I never thought it would have such an impact—not just on my awareness, but also on my daily habits. To be honest, I didn’t expect it, but the ring has even helped me lose weight in just 2–3 months.
One small piece of advice: if you're considering buying one and plan to lose weight, get a size that's almost too small. I went with a comfortable fit at first, but after shedding some weight, the ring became a bit loose and now sometimes rotates on my finger, making it harder for the sensor to collect data consistently.
Highly recommended—this is probably one of the smartest investments I’ve made in my health.

Ring is not working and they won’t replace.

The guardian of my sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do believe that the product is good. Would I buy it again? I don’t know. Does it have something to do with the product itself? Probably not. I bought it to motivate myself to sleep better - I thought that if I get a ring that tells me I need to fix my sleep and I will pay for it then I will take it seriously and improve my habits. That didn’t really happen. I can, however, see the improvement over time in the product. The constant updates are actually adding very nice festures and fixing bugs! The battery life is good and the measuremements make sense. So far, the best function for me was hody temperature monitoring. It helped me predict when I was gonna get sick and made me take it easy on some days which has in the end resulted in me not getting sick! Pretty cool!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I appreciate the easy-to-understand insights and how it helps keep me accountable with my health. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because there were a few times it didn’t register that I was wearing it - possibly due to my hands being cold or wet after washing. That said, it generally gives the information I’m looking for and has been a helpful tool overall.

Love my ring!

I bought this ring in March of 2024 and it is now Aug of 2024 and I absolutely love my ring. I got it because I enjoy tracking my sleep and exercise but I can not sleep in my watch. The ring has been a great option I wear it all the time except to charge in the shower and I haven't had any issues. BUY THE RING!!
