[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ik draag de Human Air ring nu al ruim 2,5 maand en ben er ontzettend tevreden mee. Vooral het slaapgedeelte is voor mij een echte meerwaarde: ik krijg inzicht in hoe ik slaap en merk dat ik hierdoor bewuster bezig ben met mijn rust. De ring zit comfortabel, ook ’s nachts merk ik bijna niet dat ik hem draag. Daarnaast is de app overzichtelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk. Kortom: een aanrader voor iedereen die zijn slaap en gezondheid beter wil monitoren!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thoroughly enjoying this fitness tracker! I've mad my ring for 2 months now and it is one thing that I rarely take off. I purchased it out of interest and wanting better sleep insights as I struggle with sleep consistency. Let me tell you, I got much more than I was expecting. The insights providing are amazing! There's so much information that I have yet to learn to interpret all of my daily/weekly insights fully. As a woman, I was interested in the cycle tracking and those have been interesting. I have noticed that the insights do change based on the data received and input on the app - which I appreciate.

A Sleek and Convenient Alternative to a Smartwatch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate the concept behind the Ultra Human Smart Ring, it's great not having to wear a bulky Apple Watch just to track my steps and basic activity. The sleek design and convenience of a ring are definite advantages. That said, I do wish the free tier offered a bit more functionality. Features like continuous heart rate monitoring or any kind of dietary guidance would add a lot of value. Right now, it feels a bit limited unless you're paying for the full experience. My biggest frustration has been with the battery and charging station. There have been several times when I placed the ring on the charger overnight, only to find it hadn't charged at all. It can be inconsistent, which is disappointing for a device that's meant to be worn continuously. Overall, I love the form factor and the idea behind it, but there's room for improvement, especially when it comes to reliability and feature availability without a subscription.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying my Ultrahuman ring! I love seeing my sleep score when I wake up and tracking my stats throughout the day. It has really helped my daily and sleep routine to become more productive. I really appreciate that Ultrahuman is always adding new features, insights, and small little changes that help the overall function of the ring. The only thing I wish was an option, was to sync my apple health data to my ring as well, instead of just syncing my ring data to my apple health as this sometimes leads to double counting of steps, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Ultrahuman ring. Having insight into my sleep and recover has been eye opening. It has made me make changes in my sleep hygiene so that I get a better deep sleep and ultimately a better recovery. The reasons I didn’t give it a 5 are: the battery really only lasts 3-4 days, I am unable to wear it while I Olympic weight lift so I can’t track my workouts and it seems to be quite different on the step counter then my Apple Watch which I wear on the same hand. Besides that I think having it has made a very positive improvement in my overall health and I’m happy I bought it.
