I bought this ring almost a year ago and have really enjoyed it! They continue to offer new updates and features that are available to all users. The finish on the ring is slightly worn and scratched from daily wear.

Improved sleep, health and energy after weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled with my Ultrahuman Air ring. I purchased it and a leading competitor to do a side by side review. After just 2 weeks, I returned the other ring - the Ultrahuman was just so much better. The Ultrahuman app is amazing. Almost immediately I started seeing improvements in my sleep, health and energy level. Both my Ultrahuman app and my Apple Health app showed significant improvement in many areas (HRV, deep sleep, amount of sleep, Vo2, resting heart rate, etc.) in just a few weeks. I did a lot of research before buying. In the past several people have had problems with their ring not recording data. I have not had any problems. But one person said that when you are picking a size it's best to get a ring that is too tight to take off in the morning without using water. I did that and my ring stays in place during the night. If the ring is too loose it will twist around and not be able to record your info. Also, try to pick a size of ring that you can move to other fingers if you lose or gain weight. Finally, the ring is NOT as good in measuring workouts and your steps as the Apple watch. But I have a watch for that. From personal experience the ring is MUCH better at tracking sleep. It often shows more deep sleep than my watch. Also, it tracks the REM and other stages more accurately. Often I wake up suddenly during a dream. The ring shows that I have gone directly from REM to awake. The watch does not show that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this ring, it’s the best of its kind, although on an odd occasion it doesn’t record my sleep however it’s usually connected to an update which the do frequently to keep the ring up to date.
It’s great for raising your awareness of good quality sleep and overall health.

Game changer for sleep and activity tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won my ring as a corporate award and quickly bought a second ring for my wife. This ring has been a game changer. I work nights and the ring has allowed me to track and correct my sleep issues. The ring does so much that the sleep and the workout tracking are hands down better than my Apple Watch ever was. The comfort of wearing this ring vs a lm Apple Watch can’t be said enough. Battery life is amazing. The Charger is a neat design. I absolutely love my ring.
