I’ve been loving my ring!

I have been really enjoying my ring. It has a lot of fun features I really enjoy. I find it more accurate than my Garmin for the general health features. It looks nice, it’s light weight and comfy to wear all the time. My only two downfalls of the ring is how easily it scratches and how quickly the battery dies compared to my Garmin. I find the battery only lasts about 3 days which is unfortunate to have to charge it pretty consistently. I also find that it scratches easily. Mine is pretty dinged up even after only few months of wear. That is probably my own fault and the fact that I wear it always. Overall I have been very much enjoying the ring and it’s a nice switch up from the bulkiness of the Garmin.

Instead of establishing unrealistic goals and allowing my watch to control my life, the Ultrahuman ring helps me track my health in a way that is just that - healthy. I like that I can see my caffeine window, stress levels, track my cycle, and monitor my sleep patterns. Also, the ring is so cute and less bulky than a watch!

As a student who spends many hours studying, the ring has helped me to be more mindful about my energy levels and to make better decisions about when to push myself and when to slow down.
One of my favorite features is sleep tracking because it’s incredibly detailed and helps me understand how my habits (like screen time or late meals) affect my rest. I also really appreciate the menstrual cycle tracking, which gives me a better view of how my body changes throughout the month and helps me adapt my routine accordingly.
